I am Carole “Lisa Lynn” Gilbert, and this New Release is the end of my true story. It’s titled, Unraveled, Time to Forgive, A True Ending to Murder. It explains how between life and death there is something more we need to do. It tells how whether the crimes in our lives are solved or unsolved, there is something more we need to consider. And it shows how when all else fails, there is one thing that never will. That one thing that will never fail, that we need to consider, that something more we need to do, is forgiveness. It betters us and our lives.
Did you know forgiving has been proven to be good for your health? It is thought to be associated with improving your heart, and cholesterol levels. It is studied by John Hopkins Medicine as a way to lower pain levels, depression, stress, and blood pressure. It can reduce substance abuse and raise your self-esteem. So, who doesn’t want to exercise forgiveness?
We also know forgiveness is good in another way. It’s one way we give back what God has given us.
Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you (Colossians 3:13 NIV).
