So, when life gives you mud, you make mud pies. When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade.
Jesus said in John 16:33, “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”
When my life was full of mud or lemons, Jesus became my way to make mud pies and lemonade. My life was filled with tribulations, especially after my Momma died when I was nine. I kept them secret for a long time but since God led me to share, I’ve written about them, and talked about them.
Now, God has allowed the end of my story to be revealed, the end of my Momma’s unsolved murder and my brother’s death. It’s like the ending explanation of all my tribulations. And God has also given me a way through my tribulations to know Him better, to know more about His love, mercy, grace, and forgiveness.
My next, and I believe last, book about my life tells the facts and the ending of these murders as I will forever know them. I always said if God wanted me to know more answers to the questions in my past, He would somehow reveal it to me. Knowing the truth has freed me a lot. Knowing God has freed me fully. I hope to share what I’ve seen and heard with you. The scheduled release for this book is May 3, 2022. It’s titled, Unraveled, Time to Forgive, A True Ending to Murder, by Lisa Lynn (my pen name).
Well first Happy Birthday again..Also your blog was very good and encouraging to say the least this morning….Jim
